For anyone who unfortunately is contemplating filing for bankruptcy...I felt it was necessary...that I post a review on Sean Kaplow's Law Firm. Recently...I had to make a decision to file or not file...once I decided to file...I needed to find a competent attorney that I was comfortable with. I ...thoroughly searched the internet for bankruptcy attorneys...in Palm Beach County and fortunately for me...I found Sean. Understand...the bankruptcy process can be a bit stressful and scary since for the most part you're dealing with the unknown. Sean however helped to dramatically reduce the stress...and with his insightful explanations of each step made the process pretty much painless. His communication skills and immediate responses to any questions no matter how insignificant they may seem were beyond reproach. Sean cares about his clients and is there for you throughout representing your best interests. Also...the members of his team...Arlene and Jonathan could not have been more helpful and professional. I was in financial ruin after the pandemic hit in March, scrambling to figure out what to do. I had a company chasing after me to sue me for money owed, trying to take me to court and by the grace of god I received a letter of solicitation from Sean’s office in the mail.
