My previous experience with attorneys had been years ago and were friends that I had grown up with in another part of the State. I actually have referred other people to Mr. Koplow's office. He & his team did everything they said they would, in a timely manner. If I had a question, or my wife had a question; someone always answered it in layman's terms. If they didn't have the answer, they sure got back to us quickly. I read t...hat one 'poor' review & find it very hard that we are talking about the same firm. I was frazzeled one day when I had to turn in my "test" that you are required to take at the end of bankruptcy ( because I got lost) , and they told me to calm down & relax, I hadn't missed the deadline! Whew, load of our backs!
