Timothy Patrick Mccabe

Originallyfrom New Jersey, in a small town along the Jersey Shore, Tim McCabe moved toFlorida with his wife, Donna, over 17 years ago.  With three lovely daughters, they have dedicated their livesto raising their family and being active members of the community with whichthey live.  Tim enjoys all ofFlorida’s natural luxuries, mostly fulfilling his passion for fishing along thecoastal waters.  In his spare time,he is a Parishioner at St. Jude’s Roman Catholic Church in Boca Raton.

Acommitted member of society, Tim found early on that his mission was to assistpeople in the quest for justice. He graduated from The College of Holy Cross, Magna Cum Laude and received his J.D.from Rutgers University. Being both a member of the New Jersey Bar since 1984and admitted to the Florida Bar in 1990, Tim began assisting clients in therealm of personal injury law, protecting people from the negligence ofothers. 

In1993, he became the partner of McCabe & Samiljan, LLC. Over the years, Timturned to real estate law, helping others attain the American Dream that hebelieves in with all his heart. Through these difficult economic times, Tim’s anger for the financialstraits the government and banks have inflicted upon the American people hasdriven him to lead the defensive fight against foreclosure.
