Ryan Jay Smollar is a South Florida native and understands the unique requirements of South Florida residents. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Florida State University in Tallahassee and his Juris Doctorate degree from St. Thomas University School of Law. His attorney practice areas include: Elder Law, Asset Protection, Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, Guardianship, Social Security Disability and Probate Administration.
Ryan's law practice is focused on compassion and client accomodation. Home visits and appointments at skilled nursing facilities are available for those who cannot travel.
