Gina Marie Fraga

Gina M. Fraga was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She was awarded a bachelor’s degree with honors and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida.  Mrs. Fraga is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida by the Florida Supreme Court and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Southern District Court of Florida. In addition, she is authorized to practice Immigration Law in the United States and its territories within the jurisdiction of the Federal Government.

Mrs. Fraga began exclusively practicing in the field of Immigration Law as an Associate for The Law Office of Wayne M. Levine in Lake Worth, Florida, a boutique immigration law practice that specialized in the area of Immigration and Nationality Law. After successfully defending many cases before the Federal Immigration agencies and creating a special bond with her clients she opened Fraga Law, P.A. where she devotes her entire practice to the area of Immigration and Nationality law. Fraga Law, P.A. is able to provide honest, affordable and personalized attention to its clientele. In addition, Fraga Law, P.A. is able to assist immigrant families obtain available resources offered by community organizations and to secure legal representation in other areas of the law that are crucial for the immigrant population, such as traffic infraction, criminal and personal injury attorneys.

Mrs. Fraga is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is passionate about providing pro bono legal assistance to children and women who are the victims of domestic abuse. In addition, she has opened an office in Puerto Rico to give back to the community where she grew up in.
