Before entering the legal profession, Michelle developed a strong business background through professional experience in sales, marketing, and management with prominent retail and wholesale companies. This experience continues to shape her practical approach to law firm management, client communication, case strategy, and professional relationships.
Michelle is actively involved in the Florida Justice Association (FJA), where she previously served on the Board of Directors from 2019 through 2024 and as Chair of the FJA Women's Caucus from 2019 through 2020.
