Elizabeth J. Sabatino

I am an associate attorney at Welch Law, PLLC primarily focusing on Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, and Asset Protection. Born and raised as a Florida Local, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Florida Atlantic University and earned my Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University-Shepard Broad College of Law. While in law school, I served as a law clerk in disability law and employment law matters. Additionally, I was a certified legal intern at the Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Nova law clinic, working on Guardian Advocacy cases actively advocating on behalf of clients to ensure their rights are protected. I take pride and am passionate about building strong client relationships and being proactive in helping others create Wills, Trusts, Estate Plans, and all other relevant documents for distributing their assets with one-on-one, personalized counseling.
