Anné Desormier-Cartwright has practiced law since 1985. For 15 years, she focused on commercial trial work in State Courts from Vero Beach to Miami & FL Federal District Court in the commercial/corporate area, including construction defect and lien foreclosure, professional malpractice-legal & accounting malpractice, real estate disputes, banking, securities, collections & landlord/tenant. She also served as an assistant county attorney for Palm Beach County Attorney's Office. After leaving public office she broadened her practice to include estate planning and administration, probate and trust administration and litigation, guardianships (contested as well), mental health & long term care planning including Medicaid and Veterans Benefits. She is a VA accredited. She graduated from Boston University School of Law & Penn State with High Distinction.
