I received a ticket New York City because I made a turn on yellow. At the time it was New year's Day and the officer thought I was drunk But in fact I was the designated driver. The officer asked me to step outside the vehicle and immediately he could tell I was not drunk. He said he was doing me a f...avor but not giving me a breathalyzer, but I insisted on getting one. Regardless he would not give me one and said that he will write me a ticket for running a red instead of a DUI but I deliberately asked for a breathalyzer. Fast forward to the case in trial.... Mr Levine told the judge my story but claims that the judge did not care to hear what we had to say. He said that the judge was more worried about being corrupt and letting me off with a DUI then coming to the truth. The reason I'm giving a low review is because if fact the judge was okay with the police officers story of letting me drive away knowing that I was under the influence just so that they could collect a penalty fine really upsets me. It shows that Mr Levine did not care to find Justice and only cared to collect my $300 and do nothing for me. He's lucky that I'm giving him two stores and I would really rather give him one but then again I think he deserves one

My DWI case got lowered to a DWAI and then taken to trial before a judge! The police took the stand and Mr. Levine did an amazing job making them look foolish. I was found not guilty by the judge. I like Mr. Levine personally a lot as well and he has gotten me off on a few traffic tickets, which i...s very difficult to do in NYC. The cases I lost he made a great legal argument, but like I said it is tough to win a traffic case in NYC.

Received a cellphone ticket back in 2014, upon hiring this law firm they insisted that I personally would not have to show up. Trial dates were requested to be pushed pushed back 5 separate times until a guilty verdict was given 3 years later. At that point it would have been easier to have originall...y pleaded guilty as they would have already been cleared off my licensee.
