Daniel M. Ifill, PA – A Legal Advocate You Can Trust

If you are looking for an attorney who combines unmatched legal expertise with a relentless commitment to protecting your interests, Daniel M. Ifill is the attorney you need. I had the privilege of working with Daniel, and I can confidently say that his professional skills, strategic insight, and per...sonal dedication make him one of the best in the field. From the very first interaction, it was clear that Daniel’s approach to law is rooted in an extraordinary attention to detail. He is incredibly thorough in his preparation for every meeting, ensuring that no stone is left unturned. Daniel’s technical knowledge of the law is second to none—he understands the intricacies of the legal system and uses that knowledge to your advantage. His deep expertise allows him to craft tailored strategies that directly address your specific needs and goals. What sets Daniel apart, however, is not just his technical acumen—it's his ability to approach legal challenges with a comprehensive, strategic mindset. As a former prosecutor, Daniel has a unique ability to understand the court system inside and out. He knows the process, the people, and how to navigate complex situations with ease. His legal insights go far beyond just what the law says—he brings a holistic, strategic approach to each case, offering advice and guidance that helps you make informed decisions, both in the courtroom and beyond. One of Daniel's greatest strengths is his ability to see the big picture while managing every minute detail with precision. His strategic thinking is a true asset—whether the situation requires quick, tactical moves or a more thoughtful, long-term approach, Daniel knows how to pivot and adapt to secure the best possible outcome for his clients. His background as a trial lawyer means that he doesn’t just understand the law; he knows how to use it effectively in court to advocate on your behalf. Daniel is also incredibly well-connected within the legal community, and his network of contacts is invaluable. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table, helping you navigate even the most challenging situations with confidence. His ability to connect the dots and offer insight into both the legal and strategic aspects of a case makes him an invaluable resource, especially when dealing with complex, high-stakes matters. Perhaps the most important thing about Daniel, however, is his unwavering dedication to his clients. He is truly an advocate who has your back, no matter what. When you work with Daniel, you’re not just hiring an attorney—you’re gaining a committed ally who will fight for you every step of the way. He will not allow anyone to bully or steamroll you. His tenacity in protecting your interests, combined with his legal expertise, ensures that you have someone who will go to great lengths to defend your rights. Now, let’s be clear—Daniel is not cheap. But here's the thing: you get what you pay for. If you want an attorney who will give you the best possible chance at success and put everything he has into protecting your interests, then Daniel is absolutely worth the investment. I cannot recommend Daniel M. Ifill highly enough. He is the attorney that everyone should have in their corner—his combination of legal knowledge, strategic thinking, and determination to protect his clients makes him an exceptional choice for anyone seeking high-quality legal representation. If you're in need of a lawyer who will put your interests first and fight for the best possible outcome, Daniel is the attorney you need.

So far, so good

Mr Ifill has given me hope that with his knowledge and actions, I will have a better outcome than not engaging his services. He talked with me, for free, about my case. He gave me reasons why I should pursue legal action. He explained what services he would & wouldn't charge for. He is very busy, but... easy to talk to. I cannot say what the outcome will be, as we still in process. I trust him to do his best for me and engaging his services has helped lessen my fears about my future.

The best thing that happened to me

I went through a pretty rough divorce. My ex accused me of some very nasty things that were not true to spite me. I initially hired an attorney who basically very little time with my baby boy which was supervised. She did a horrible job and refused to continue my case without charging me an arm and a... leg. I had to release her and then hired another attorney who literally did NOTHING. They guy took my retainer money and sat on his butt. After 2 months I was fed up and fired him. My son is my world. He means everything to me so being properly represented was of very importance to me and ultimately that is key to getting what you deserve. I thank God I was recommended to Dan and after an hour long conversation I felt that he might be the ONE. Actions spoke louder than words and fast forward 4 months later I was seeing my son a few times a week. He fought for me and we won many things to the best of my interest regarding my son. Dan is incredible and I will always owe a great amount of gratitude towards him for helping me at the darkest moments of my life. Consider yourself blessed if you have him on your side. I humbly recommend this man to anyone who needs help In family court. Thank you Dan..

Divorce case

I have numerous concerns to address, but I'm uncertain where to commence. I was a client of Attorney Daniel Ifill, who unfortunately, compromised my trust. His unprofessional and inattentive handling of my divorce case led to unnecessary complications, including a near-contempt charge for failing to ...submit critical documents requested by the Judge. Initially, I sought his expertise during a vulnerable period, struggling with depression, and was drawn to his firm through online research and positive reviews. However, his representation proved ineffective, prioritizing financial gain over meaningful progress, prompting me to terminate our professional relationship. I regret engaging Mr. Daniel's services due to several concerns. Firstly, I provided him with financial support to ensure my case received optimal representation and guidance. However, his primary interest seemed to be financial gain rather than facilitating a smooth legal process. Furthermore, he failed to maintain adequate communication, neglecting to update me on the judge's requests, case developments, and potential outcomes. His contact was typically limited to requests for additional payment. As a senior citizen and diligent worker, I struggled financially, working over 100 hours per month to meet my obligations, including Mr. Daniel's fees. Despite my economic hardship, his lack of effort yielded no results and nearly led to my arrest due to unsubmitted documents. My financial obligations to Mr. Daniel led to delinquency on bills and mortgage payments. After an extended work stretch and severe health issues, I requested Mr. Daniel consider revising our payment arrangement, factoring in my compromised health and substantial payments already made. He stated that his response would be to discontinue handling my case and withhold my original critical documents related to my assets until I fulfilled his financial demands. Regrettably, I continue to be without my critical original documents and have borne substantial financial losses, with no resolution, resulting in the need to engage the services of another divorce lawyer at additional expense. Prospective clients of divorce attorneys should undertake diligent research before making a hiring decision to guarantee their case receives optimal handling. When seeking legal representation, exercise diligence to avoid financial mismanagement and subpar service. My experience was underwhelming, marked by perceived dishonesty and financial exploitation, resulting in a zero-star assessment. I advise others navigating divorce to proceed with caution.

This review is not reflective of my performance on any case where I was counsel of record; and, I have not been contacted by any client of mine with these concerns. I take my client's needs very seriously and strive to resolve issues to ensure a positive client experience. It is very easy for a party to hide behind a fake name such as "client", pretend to be a client and post negative comments in an attempt to besmirch a my reputation. Generally, these are the cases when you have achieved great results for your client against the opposing party and the opposing party is upset. I am happy to provide any prospective client a list of lawyers, Judges and past clients who can provide you with an accurate reference of my skills and qualifications as a marital and family lawyer.
