Fernando Lorenzo Roig

Fernando L. Roig is the founding partner of the insurance defense law firm of Roig, Tutan, Rosenberg, Martin & Stoller, P.A.

Mr. Roig established a pattern of executive leadership and community involvement early in his legal career. He became a founding partner in the law firm of Murphy & Roig, P.A. in January 1994. Six years later, in June of 2000, he opened his own law firm, Fernando L. Roig and Associates, P.A. The firm became known as Roig, Kasperovich & Tutan, P.A. in June of 2002, and expanded in 2009 to become Roig, Tutan, Rosenberg & Zlotnick, P.A.

As an active member of the legal community, Mr. Roig was selected by then Governor Jeb Bush to serve on the prestigious Governor’s Commission for the Everglades as well as the Fourth District Court of Appeals Judicial Nominating Committee.

Earlier in his legal career, Mr. Roig gained five years of litigation experience with the insurance defense law firms of Solomon, Murphy & Cote and Conrad & Scherer. During this time he handled cases representing plaintiffs and defendants in the areas of commercial litigation, personal injury, general liability, product liability, and other areas of complex litigation.
