Nicholas Thomas Gentile

My family went through a terrible crisis last year. My son's ex-wife left him and took their two year old twins to another state. I had to hire an attorney immediately as this was an emergency. Our family was traumatized and my son was extremely depressed. It was difficult for him so I became ver...y involved in the situation. My son and I both spent many hours talking to Mr. Gentile as we used his services. He was instrumental in getting my ex-daughter in law to come back with the children and Mr. Gentile (Nick) handled the custody case and divorce. He was patient, supportive and helped us to get what we feel was a good outcome for everyone. We were very emotional and Nick spent literally hours of time on the phone with us and in person. He explained everything to us and calmed us down numerous times. He was fair with us financially and understood our financial situation as my son also lost his job during this process. This was a terrible time and I really feel that we picked the right lawyer for this situation. I knew that Nick had years of experience when we hired him and it showed.

Made me feel confident that my case was in good hands but over time, it became apparent that he was dragging his heels. Bills sent to my house charging me for 5 minute phone calls became indisputable and in the end, mr Gentile didn't even show up to my final hearing when I needed him the most. The... worst experience of my life being my divorce shouldn't be coupled with an attorney who performs poorly and who makes an already awful experience even worse. In the end, there was $1,000.00 of disputed bills which he sued me for. To add insult to injury, I now have a judgement for the worst services performed.
