Excellent Service

I will be forever grateful to Sam Troy. Divorce is usually never easy or pleasant, but Sam always managed to take the edge off of tense situations while maintaining a constant level of professionalism and efficiency. Both he and his paralegal Christine Nencetty made me feel comfortable with asking... questions as they guided me through the process with confidence and compassion. Options regarding costs and various procedures were always provided, followed by expert opinions and suggestions, and I never felt confused or overwhelmed. Their advice and support allowed me to make the best decisions possible, both financially and emotionally. While I don’t recommend divorce as a first choice, if and when it becomes necessary I highly recommend Sam Troy and his great team!

Sam is the so sincere and genuine.

Sam represented me in my divorce. During this most difficult time Sam was always available with accurate information and presented it to me in his very caring and thoughtful manner. Sam is honest and reliable. I could not have gotten through this hard time if it wasn't for him. I am eternally gratefu...l for Sam.

A very unsatisfied client

Sam, assisted me with a very contentious divorce by my ex-wife. Although I found Sam to be friendly and kind, he did a horrible job representing my interest. I received poor strategy and was constantly giving concessions to my ex-spouses attorney (Mark Absung), who charged cheaper rates and was far... more aggressive than Sam. Being exposed to excessive stress, I finally settled with a very poor outcome. Sam prepared the settlement agreement, which had numerous errors and he gave my ex the tax break on the only year that I could have claimed my son, as I was forced to seek employment out of state and had to come out of retirement because the ex took half of my pension even though we made the same yearly income. Family law is so unfair….its was an awful experience and Sam did nothing to ease the pain. If you have a contentious divorce, Sam is not your guy!
