I wish I would have never called this lawyer. I wake up in the middle of the night after putting ice on my back to write this. I was told that I would be getting 50,000. Only to be find out almost 2 years later I'm only getting about 5,000. I found out on the closing statement he's getting the same e...xact amount that I'll be getting. So I'm basically getting 33 percent of my check. Since the case settled for 18,000. I'm going to be in pain for the rest of my life applying ice to me back and neck twice a day while i eat and once at night just to be able to sleep. Pain for the rest of my life for more less 5,000. What a nightmare. I wish I hadn't signed the agreement. When I asked how much of the 18,000 I would be getting the lawyers assistant said she didn't know I wish I hadn't signed the agreement and hired another lawyer

I hired Gary for a hit in the rear accident in which my car was totaled and he assured me it was a good case. I had 2 surgeries as a result of the accident. I received not one penny for the accident or my injuries. . The defendant's insurance company paid the total amount of insurance to passenger... in defendant's car. Gary was "asleep at the wheel" and didn't follow through the case. He was late in submitting all of the documents and explaining that my care was held up temporarily due to a cancer surgery that had nothing to do with the accident. Such a simple case turned out to be a nightmare.
