OK.... First, let me state my exwife has forced me into court 4 times. All of the legal proceedings were were unnecessary and vindictive. I have paid everything the courts required and have never been late. I hired Mr. Smith for a child support modification. Opposing counsel was Boca Raton's high pr...ofile "Paper Boy".... a guy known for running up fee's and playing on the emotions of mostly angry clients. Andrew Smith destroyed this guy in court. He fought ethically and honorably. What I found most interesting was our first meeting. In the course of 1 hour he laid out what the legal issue was, what was going to happen, and how he would approach the other side. He was 100% correct. If you are going through the unfortunate process of divorce / child support, etc....... You owe it to yourself to hire this guy. Iv had 4 attorneys and hands down this guy was the best. ...... In terms of honesty, competence, ethics and appropriate aggressive litigation..... this guy gets an A++. Hire him. You will be glad you stumbled on this review.
