OUTCOME: Defendant pled guilty to battery strangulation and coercion. The State stipulated to probation. Upon completion of probation charges to be reduced to two simple misdemeanors.

Defendant charged with sexual assault, first degree kidnapping, battery strangulation, and robbery.
