• Rick has a versatile transactional practice, with extensive experience in real estate and business law, institutional lending and financing, focusing on the negotiation and documenting of real estate and business transactions.  He has significant experience in representing financial institutions in making Florida loans secured by real estate or other assets.

• He has a large commercial real estate practice, having represented numerous companies and governmental agencies in connection with the purchase, sale, and leasing of their properties.

• He has also represented both residential and commercial developers in connection with the purchase, sale, refinancing and operation of their properties.

• In addition, Rick has an extensive residential real estate practice specializing in the acquisition, sale and construction of high-end luxury homes. He also has substantial experience in advising clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, and related transactions.

• He serves as local counsel to numerous out of state law firms dealing with complex Florida real estate transactions and title issues.
