Settlement agreement and release

We received a letter from Mr. Metzner offering his services and help with a debt under my husband’s, we hired him to help us with the case, after a very short time waiting for results, Mr. Metzner sent us an email saying, “your husband’s case can be dismissed entirely, no settlement payment required...”.
