Biography
MICHAEL LISS
I was born, raised, and educated in Queens, New York and moved to Dayton, Ohio to attend law school. After graduating the University of Dayton School of Law, I was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1993 and practiced in Dayton for 10 years. In 2003, I relocated to Boca Raton, Florida and was admitted to the Florida Bar. I have represented business owners and real estate investors since my Florida Bar admission.
After two decades of business and real estate litigation, I am clear that by the time prospective clients think they need a lawyer, it’s too late! In 2016, I began offering outsourced general counsel services to my clients and hope to increase my focus on that area as my career evolves.

Bad Experience, Avoid this attorney
I hired Micheal J. Liss and I had an extremely bad experience with him. I would not recommend him. There are far too many other attorneys out there to take a chance on working with this attorney.
