Jared Alexander Stark

I’d been struggling for months with how to enforce a contract with a Canadian web developer. Through a search, I found Jarad Stark, and altho I did read bios of others who came up, there was no question that Jared’s qualifications were ideal for me. The initial call lasted 14 minutes, Jared got t...he gist of my problem instantly, asked me for the documentation, promised to review it, and then we would talk again. Only three days later with a weekend in between, the second call lasted 35 minutes and 33 second. Jarad had done his homework, wasted no time, summarized the legal situation, and allowed me to ask questions and give more input. My questions were fully answered and my input was thoughtfully considered. Jared is blessed with an all-too-rare listening skill. He’s also able to explain legal concepts in plain English. He laid out my options, and then told me that I needed to work with a Canadian lawyer based on the terms of the contract. Put simply: he gave me great advice within his expertise, and he gave me a direction for areas not within his expertise. I knew where I stood and had an expert, supported opinion on the validity of my claim. That is exactly what I wanted. My one wish is that Jared were Canadian and could continue to work with me. I felt Jared was completely clear about the strengths and weakness of my case AND had my back. That, to me, is what a good lawyer is for.
