My adjustment of status process which I applied on my own on February 2020 was denied the first time(long story-injustice) and I didn’t know what to do. I called some law offices and none of them wanted to take my case as it seemed more complicated. A friend of mine who did his own process with Dra H...aydee ,recommended her to me so I contacted her office. For my surprise, she was willing to take my case and help me , and she didn’t show any hesitation as the other lawyers did. We had to apply for a new process but since I had the I-130 already approved after I did the interview for the first process, I didn’t have to pay for all the fees and they explained all of that to me.Her team, especially Ana guided me every step of the way, were efficient and always willing and effective in answering any questions or doubts I had throughout the process. They even helped easing my anxiety because I was so concerned due to the denial and all the mess in the first process. We submitted the new process on September 2022. I received an update on May 18th 2023 saying that my I-485 case was approved, on May 23rd 2023 I received another updated saying that card was being produced and on May 26th 2023 I received the last update saying that the card has been delivered by the post office. I can’t even describe the feelings I had and have when I received my Green Card at home after something that felt like a long battle that seemed impossible to win.I will definitely contact them whenever I need any legal immigration assistance.
