Denise L. Parrotta

Ms. Parrotta has the best trait in a family lawyer which is to keep the welfare of children as priority number 1. She represented me in my divorce in 1998 and kept telling me two things. Get as much visitation rights to see your daughter and cut your losses by coming to an agreement earlier rather ...than later. This saved me from a lot of pain and expense. Not too many lawyers tell you to settle early. They often drag the case on for a longer period for higher legal fees. I am privileged to have her as my attorney. Thank you, Denise.

In 1996 I hired Denise to represent me in my divorce. Knowing the past dealings of my ex I knew it was going to be extremely complicated. After about one month of representation I had an appointment to meet with Denise to discuss the case and how to go about our upcoming court date. When I got to her... office, I was greated by her assistant who politely told me Denise was not there and was withdrawing from my case, no real reason except that my ex wasn't cooperating and she couldn't handle it. I left the office in tears with a couple of names of other attorneys. Totally unprofessional, if she couldn't face a client made me think about how good of an attorney she really was. Denise represented me in a very contentious post judgment dissolution matter. My ex-wife's attorneys were extremely aggressive but Denise was a good match for them. She always handled herself professionally but would not be intimidated by opposing counsel. She is well versed in the law and provide...d me with good sound advise and counsel.

She was referred to me by a former colleague of hers that I have known for nearly 20 years who respected her very much. The rules are the rules and she knows them and will expedite whatever business you have with her in a timely fashion. I learned a great amount just dealing with her and still feel great about her several years after our matter.
