Brandon Mario Esposito

As Director of Operations and General Counsel for PMA Venture Capital Group, I am involved at every stage of PMA's VC activities.  My responsibilities include investment evaluation; deal-sourcing; deal structuring; drafting convertible debt and equity instruments; drafting corporate bylaws and LLC operating agreements; risk mitigation and asset protection; due diligence; corporate, IP, and regulatory filings; and direct operational management and oversight of PMA's portfolio companies, including providing marketing and business strategy, creation of industry-specific best practices, establishment of the full chain of initial operational infrastructure, hiring and training of key personnel, securing industry-specific licensing and certifications (as applicable), and ensuring minimization of liability and compliance with applicable regulations across PMA's VC portfolio.

I additionally oversee PMA's real estate private equity activities in collaboration with the rest of the PMA team.
