I represented an electrical subcontractor to recover monies owed to it for services and materials provided in the construction of a commercial office building in Utah. Ultimately a judgment was entere ... d in favor of my client, foreclosing its mechanic's lien and awarding a judgment against the owner for its failure to bond the project. The judgment included principal, interest, costs, and attorneys' fees. My client was ultimately paid in full.
