About Yoshimi
Biography
I am a co-founding partner of the law firm of Beller Smith, P.L., located in Boca Raton, Florida. I concentrate my practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning and asset protection. I am a graduate of Hofstra University Law School where I received her J.D. and hold a B.A. from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
I frequently speak on tax and estate planning topics and have lectured and written on various trust and estate topics for the Florida Legal Education Association, Florida Bar Attorney/Trust Officer Liaison Conference, South Palm Beach County Bar Association, New York City Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, New York University Tax Institute, various charities, community and professional organizations.
I am admitted to practice law in New York and Florida. I am active in local, state and national bar associations and is currently serving as Chair of the Probate Committee for the South Palm Beach County Bar Association.
