Biography
Education, Qualifications and Scholastic Achievements:
Mr. Golden is licensed to practice law before the Federal and State Courts of Florida, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit . Mr. Golden graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelors degree in Business Administration majoring in finance. After graduating Mr. Golden worked for an analytics company which provided advanced statistical information to both the NCAA and NBA. Mr. Golden continued to work in analytics throughout law school in addition to clerking at a law firm and graduated early from the Shepard Broad Law School at Nova Southeastern University in 2016. Mr. Golden went on to obtain his LL.M. degree in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law in 2017. Mr. Golden has assisted in the production and publication of articles in national legal journals in the areas of tax law.
Social and Personal Biography:
As an active member of the community Mr. Golden volunteers his time to lecture and provide assistance through various organizations which focus on both legal assistance and education to the less fortunate. Mr. Golden looks to align himself with any person or organization seeking to further beneficial community efforts and invites those like-minded individuals to contact him with their cause. Mr. Golden enjoys yoga, animals, reading, puzzle games, the NBA, and college football.
