Ms. Horton is admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals Ninth Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Southern District of California. She received her Master’s in the law from the University Of San Diego School Of Law in 2004; Her Juris Doctrine from California Western School of Law in 2003 and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida State University in 1999.
