In 2009, Sherri A. Greenblatt, Esq. an attorney admitted to practice in Florida and New York, formed Florida Elder Law Concepts, P.A. a law firm dedicated to providing a holistic approach to “Getting Older” Law. As we age, we want to “get older” but rarely want to be considered an elder. Who knew that getting older could be that complex? As one of only five Board Certified Elder Law attorneys in Boca Raton and one of just ninety-six such attorneys in the entire state of Florida, Ms. Greenblatt devotes her legal practice to serving the needs of our elderly and disabled population.

Ms. Greenblatt is the former co-chair of the Elder Law Committee of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association and a member of The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and Elder Law Section. She has edited a chapter on Planning for Disability, Basic Estate Planning (6th Ed.), published by the Florida Bar and is active in several national, state and local elder law and guardianship associations including the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Florida State Guardianship Association and Palm Beach Guardianship Association. Serving the community, Ms. Greenblatt has most recently served as Chair of the Agenda Task Force for the Alzheimer’s Community Care 2011 Educational Conference and the Alzheimer’s Community Care 2012 Educational Conference.
