I concentrate in intellectual property infringement actions. As a Patent Attorney, registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, a Licensed Professional Engineer and Board Certified in Intellectual Property Law by the Florida Bar, I have successfully litigated cases in more than a twenty states, including jury trials of patent, trademark and copyright infringements in the pharmaceutical, medical and mechanical-electrical arts, as well as complex construction claims.
