Fast and effective
I've worked with Mr. Bogen on some divorce and child custody matters and he's done an outstanding job, exceeding all my expectations. Mr. Bogen is an effective communicator and has presented me with ideas that proved better than my own strategies.

The worst I have worked with.
I encountered a problem with him when I asked him to hold off on something as I was considering a different direction, yet he went ahead and did what he had suggested anyway. When I chose that alternate path, he then charged me for all the work he had done despite the conversation having told him to...
No action of significance has ever been undertaken by this law firm on behalf of its clients unless first discussed with and approved by the client. This law firm takes great pride in listening to its clients and determining their issues of concern. We educate our clients on the legal principles relevant to their case. We communicate frequently with our clients what they can expect based on the facts and circumstances of their case. We discuss with our clients the process involved, and how we can assist them in efficiently and economically achieving their objectives. But in order to maximize the opportunity to achieve desired objectives in an efficient and cost-effective manner, the client should heed the attorney’s advice and counsel. The client should understand that the attorney can advocate only legitimate objectives of the client, and that the attorney cannot advocate positions which are unprofessional, contrary to the facts or law, or contrary to the Rules of Professional Conduct prescribed by the Florida Supreme Court. Nonetheless, some clients persist in unrealistic expectations, and demand unreasonable, inappropriate, or even unethical actions that cannot be complied with by the attorney. Some clients change the direction in which they want to go after substantial time and effort has been devoted by the attorney to the original agreed upon course. These clients may fault their attorney when their objectives are not met, or when their costs turn out to be higher than anticipated, even though the client bears substantial responsibility for this result. No attorney can prevail on every issue for every client on every occasion. But this law firm takes great pains and is successful in developing a good rapport with its clients and being responsive to their needs, learning all the relevant facts of its clients' cases, treating its clients fairly, and appropriately and ethically providing counsel to its clients in an efficient and economical way. This law firm is proud to have been recently bestowed the inaugural Client Distinction Award, resulting from clients who took the time to express their confidence in the firm in the areas of communications ability, responsiveness, quality of service, and value for the money. Less than 4% of the 900,000+ attorneys listed on martindale.com and lawyers.com have been accorded this Martindale-Hubbell honor of distinction.

Attorney Bogen
Attorney Bogen was extremely patient and a good listener to hear my domestic violence charge. He was able to have my case dismissed and allowed me to enter the workforce with a clear background check. You are the best! thank you! Tim

Yes!
As a CEO who engages lawyers for many reasons, i can wholeheartedly recommend Robert. While working with him I felt like a mom who had a fierce ally on her side. I knew he was not going to let anything ‘bad’ happen to me or my children. I went to Robert 5 years post-divorce with a need to re-do the p...

Great Lawyer
My family has needed and used his services a few times and he has always proven to be honest, able to educate, and able to accomplish our goals in a personable and timely manner. He is uniquely able to tackle many different situations
"I have worked with Robert since 1986 in various areas of law and found him to be the most detailed attorney that I have worked with. He prepares for every contingency when litigating. I know that he has done a vast number of appeals requiring nuances of the law which he brought to the attention of the Appellate Judges in the cases he has handled."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have known him for over 20 years. He is kind, returns calls, knows his law, is a good strategist and an excellent lawyer. His clients give him accolades."
"I endorse Robert Bogen, he is an attorney of great integrity and extensive knowledge of family law."
"Bob, is a strong advocate for his client and at the same time looks to the practical side of resolution. I endorse this lawyer."
