This lawyer took the case that cost us $3000 to file a petition for a Vietnamese Zen master to come to US to run the temple and teach us Dharma. She told us it would take 4 to 6 months for the case to be done. She took the case in early October 2018, but didn’t send us paperwork to fill out until lat...e November. All information that she typed on those docs, however, were not correct, so the temple owner couldn’t sign. She promised she will FedEx another package but she never did. Since then, every month we tried to contact her but never got a hold of her. Finally in February we called and she answered with the promise that she will overnight the package. Of course we did not receive it because she didn’t send it. We then decided to call the Law Group where she worked to file a complaint. She called back the next day and said she will take care of the case as fast as she could. 2 weeks past by and we still didn’t hear from her. We contacted her Law Group and surprisingly knew that she was no longer there. Her Law Group apologized and would like to take over the case. We paid $3000, but the documents were never been completed and submitted to USCIS. It has been one year since lawyer Oanh Tran took the case but she never let us know the progress and now she disappeared. I would never recommend this lawyer to anyone because of her irresponsibility as well as her lack of knowledge in international laws.
