Moss M. Sidell
Mr. Sidell received his J.D. Degree from Suffolk University in 1987 following receiving his B.S. Degree from Boston College. Mr. Sidell began his career in the real estate business in 1981 in Boston and has owned or been a part of brokerage firms, construction companies and real estate development firms. Mr. Sidell began his legal career as corporate in-house counsel for a large public corporation. Mr. Sidell has twice been named a Super Lawyer in Boston Magazine in 2004 and 2005 for being in the top 5% of real estate lawyers in Massachusetts. Mr. Sidell has been a Divisional and State volunteer Officer of the International Council of Shopping Centers, an international retail real estate trade group that boasts more than 55,000 members. Mr. Sidell opened his own law practice in 1992 and has represented a number of individuals, lenders and corporations in the areas of real estate. Mr. Sidell is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, Florida and Rhode Island, and is a member of the bar of the United States District Court of Massachusetts, the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

this lawyer lacks the experience and knowledge to deal with mortgage banks
i hired this lawyer also to complete a loan modification.Once he got his fee, we never heard from him til we received a summons he didn't know what to do so we had to hire an experienced lawyer in Boston. we found him to be inexperienced and unprofessional.

Replied last December 23, 2013I have no idea who this client is, and it appears that they never contacted me about having received a summons. In the last 3 years we have handled over 240 loan modification clients and have been successful in obtaining a loan modification over 90% of the time. We also do litigation frequently, so a statement saying that we didn't know what to do with a summons would be completely inaccurate. If this person has an issue, I would encourage that he contact our office directly to resolve it instead of anonymously attempting to smear our fine reputation.
