Professional, polite and extremely helpful

Mr. Solomon is professional, polite and easy to talk to, as is every staff member I've spoken with. It's clear how much he cares about his clients' individual cases, and reassuring to know that he and his wife have been through the process themselves. If you and your loved one are pursuing American i...mmigration, I can confidently recommend this organization. My fiancee and I have greatly benefited from Mr. Solomon's informative and patient consultation, and will be retaining more of his services in the near future

Someone we could count on

I met my wife when traveling overseas. Far too soon after we met, I had to return home but, our relationship continued to grow. We communicated for hours every day through skyping, texting and phone calls. When I could, I would fly back to spend time together. Eventually, I proposed and started rese...arching what we had to do to be together. The U.S immigration process is a daunting task to take on and I knew, for something this important, I need professional help. This is how I found Michael S. Solomon. His firm made the process relatively painless. They were there all through the process to answer questions and give guidance and understanding to a very complicated process. I returned to be with my wife through her interview process and wait delivery of her visa. 3 years after being married, we received a notice from immigration wanting us to essentially prove we were in a legitimate marriage, and had 90 days within which to reply. After a little research, we found what was “required” and thought “we can handle this”. So, my wife and I put together a package of more than double what was “required” in documents, photos, notarized statements from friends, family and people we did business with and sent it in. For a while after, we did not hear anything & thought we were good to go. Yea, not so much, we received another letter stating we did satisfy their query and now we had 30 days within which to comply or my wife would be deported (Documentation I found online showed, if that happened, there was virtually no chance she be allowed to come back). This was not an option we could accept so, I reached out to Michael and his firm again. They jumped on board and were able to help us to rectify the problem. Flash forward 10 years and it is now time to renew my wife’s permanent resident status. Having learned our lesson and immediately looked for Michael S. Solomon. It took some searching, as he had moved his offices, but eventually I found them and they were exactly what I had hoped for fast efficient and did the heavy lifting on a process that on the surface seems simple but is too important to make mistakes on.

It worked out great

Competitive price to get a green card for people not having complications that prone to rejection, but want some help to make the process smooth and the materials strong. Good service, saved lots of time for myself digging into regulations and answered many questions I had.

The Man if you need a visa!!!

Michael could not have been better, or more professional, during my three year long visa process, to bring my Fiancé' to the USA, from Russia. The process was a long one due to COVID 19. We were within days of an interview in Moscow, before the USA embassy's shut down, and they stopped allowing immi...grants into the country. Michael continued to inform me all all necessary actions during this long process. He definitely earned his money, for helping Galina, and I, through this process. He was never hesitant to assist me with the smallest of problems, due to my inability to understand a lot of tech methods, required during this process. My fiancé' spoke minimal English, and he did a great job of preparing her for the interview in Moscow. Without him, she would not have passed this interview, I am sure. I could not have been happier with his services, and will use him again for the green card, and citizenship process, as I feel he is the most qualified to make this a smooth process for us. I highly recommend his services, if you want to bring your bride to America? You will never be disappointed with his services!

Why Atty Michael?

Mr Michael knows what he is doing. He taught us step by step with all the procedure, answers question in timely manner. He guided us from the very beginning till my spouse got her GC. We are so glad that we found him. I will definitely recommend him.
