GC application

Quick and smooth process to get the GC. Sometimes the responses from the paralegal assigned to us could have been quicker (e.g., not taking multiple days), but overall the process was great. Would definitely recommend this firm for anyone applying for a marriage-based GC.

Excellent service

We hired attorney Solomon to handle our K-1 visa. We had several issues in our situation that could be considered red flags. He told me very clearly how to prepare for those red flag concerns, and as a result, we never had any difficulties. I’m the kind of person who asks a lot of questions, attorney... Solomon, and his staff handled all my questions with patience and professionalism and provided timely and accurate answers to calm my nerves. They made the process very easy and clear and especially the interview preparation was excellent . My partner was very well prepared and he passed his interview easily and quickly with confidence. My partner is here with me now and we will be married this month. we would both recommend attorney Solomon to anyone. I interviewed 10 lawyers before choosing attorney Solomon, and it was the best decision, not only was his price extremely reasonable, but he offered a guarantee as well which no one else did but most importantly, I felt more confident with him than any of the others, after my initial pre-hire interview with him. Helped our family become whole!!

We hired Michael Solomon to help get my wife and sons visa's so they would finally be able to come home and bring our family together permanently. The whole process took about 18 months and there were very little difficulties that we ran into. Michael and his team were extremely knowledgeable and eve...n prepared ahead of time to avoid possible pitfalls that are often seen in the process. The only constructive criticism I could offer is that it could be difficult to contact them in case of emergency. While my wife was coming to visit during the process we ran into issues at immigration in the airport and they were asking questions I just did not know the answers to. Luckily it all worked out in the end, but waiting for email responses over a weekend wasn't really possible in that unique situation.
