Represent many clients in the negotiation, structuring and documenting of real estate asset transactions, primarily in connection with shopping centers and office buildings. Also works with developer clients in connection with the acquisition, finance and development of large tracts of real estate.

Represent businesses and individuals in drafting, negotiating and reviewing all types of business agreements, including purchase agreements partnership/shareholder/operating agreements, employment and compensation agreements and any other business type agreement.

The firm regularly advises parties in connection with the structuring of their business entities including establishing corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships and other business arrangements, maintaining corporate records, advising on corporate governance, issuance of stock, and preparing shareholder and limited partnership agreements.
