I called Ms. Waldinger from New Jersey as I had signed a Contract to purchase a home when I was in Florida the week prior not contingent upon financing. Upon my First phone... call to her she assured me that she would review the Contract and help me and made me feel better. She asked me to scan or fax the Contract which I did. Ms. Waldinger wasnimmediately on the phone with both real estate agents involved to work through this situation. Within one week she had Both agents and the buyer agree to let me cancel the Contract and get my escrow deposit back in the full amount of $25,000.00 I was so happy with her work and her skills and her communication with me and all parties involved.
