Matthew David Martin

I hire this lawyer due to the fact he promised me he was the best when came to using a client's money properly. Mr. Martin spent 4500 of my money and did not complete one task. A simple modification case he destroyed for me and my child. He never responded within the 20 days deadline, he would call ...and email me then charge a full hours rate $300, he charged me $450 for time to drive from boca to palm beach gardens, that is $450 for 45 minute drive. I feel robbed and do not recommend him to anyone. His paralegal is useless, they cannot anwser any question you ask. Mr Martin is also very hard to get a hold of, his focus is doing depositions to waste time to spend your money, you are better off going with anyone else. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied. Just to add, he showed up to court with a tie that didn't match his suit, and he cannot even tie a tie. Does not dress professionally, just not a good choice.
