Leland Hugh Talcott

I was required to hire Mr. Talcott by Blue Green Time Share in order to transfer the title to my children. On 12.22.13 I paid the $450 fee. On 1-20.14, I received my first communication from Mr. Talcott with a number of forms to fill out and return. I had a question on what was needed on one of th...ee forms and called several times. Mr. Talcott never returned my call, nor did he return calls made by my children. In April, I received another copy of a form I had filled out with a letter advising me they did not have the form. I again called and got no answer, so I filled out the form as I thought was proper. I returned the form and heard no more. On May 14, I called again to find out the status of my title transfer. Mr. Talcott's answering machine (as usual) answered. I left messages for him and for the other 2 people in his office. My call was returned by one of his associates who told me I had not filled out the form correctly. He was going to email me another copy so I could fill it out and return it. Still haven't received it 4 hours later. Really, how hard can it be???
