Biography
Joe Rosen received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law in 1999. Joe was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000. He was later admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2004.
Our private practice essentially focuses on contracts, new business formation, business and civil disputes, insurance claims, and condominum and HOA matters. In contrast to many other firms, we uniquely adopt a solution-minded approach to resolving a client's legal issue. The point of our representation is not to unnecessarily prolong the dispute, but to seek a common sense and cost-effective solution for the client. That's why we try to consider all available options for the client when approaching a legal problem. Communication between attorney and client is key.
