Jacob Daniel Gordon

I am an associate attorney at Beller Smith, P.L., where I focus my practice on sophisticated estate planning, advanced tax planning, trust and estate administration, and charitable giving. I advise high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families on tax-efficient structuring, wealth transfer strategies, and long-term planning designed to preserve and grow generational wealth.

I earned my LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2026. During my time at UF, I served as the LL.M. Representative for the Student Bar Association and received the book award for the highest grade in Estate Planning. Before then, I earned my Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2025, where I served as the Student Bar Association Treasurer and as a Teaching Assistant.

I am an active member of the The Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, the Tax Section, and the Young Lawyers Division. I also participate in the South Palm Beach County Bar Association, where I am on the Corporate, Business & Bankruptcy Committee, the Estate Planning, Probate & Tax Committee, and the Young Lawyer Section.

I was born in Boca Raton, and I am committed to serving the community where I grew up. Outside of the office, I enjoy pickleball, golf, birding. I am involved with the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County and am a member of B’nai Torah Synagogue.
