Jonathan P. Kross

I have worked with Jonathan for over twenty years and he has been my legal counsel in a variety of business ventures I have had. (Pet Industry, Alcohol Business, Health Food Products, Graphic Arts and Advertising). In addition, I have always felt comfortable in having him handle a variety of my per...sonal affairs as well. I trust that Jonathan always has MY best interests at heart. Jonathan works closely with all of his clients, and is a wealth of information in so many areas. Corporate, Real Estate, Acquisitions, and Finance. He has helped guide me in more ventures than I can probably even remember. He will always be quick to respond to a need, and when the problem or situation is out of his expertise, he is willing to assist and research the best alternate attorney for the job! Jonathan has been there for me through many "rough seas" and always makes sure that the legal needs of his clients are thought through, and his support will continue untill the issues are resolved. I have referred him to many of my associates, and family members, and all have come back to tell me what a great attorney he is, what a wonderful human being he is, and his level of compassion for each of his projects is refreshing and probably unheard of in his profession. (Sad, but true!) I have worked with other attorneys, of course. Jonathan is not a litigator, but he remained there for me through a case, when I needed additional counsel and just plain old "moral support". I can't imagine another lawyer taking such a humane interest in his client's needs and feelings. But, don't get me wrong... he's a tough negotiator for his team and has and will always remain an integral part of any think tank strategy meeting I may have. Jonathan has been with me through setting up over ten different companies, has been my legal counsel for all of them, and continued to help me carry out the exit strategies which helped lead to my very comfortable and early retirement! (Although I tend to keep coming back out of retirement because of some strange Entrepreneurial gene I was born with:) Jonathan has been my legal counsel as well in all of my commercial and residential real estate contracts. If you are lucky enough to find him, you will never be disappointed with his expertise and his willingness to satisfy his clients. Once you speak with him personally, you should get an immediate sense that he is the best attorney for the job!
