You will have to hire a lawyer. Issue will be you need the repairs done and will have to come out of pocket. But if seller really has no assets...

24 hour so likely in a few hours. i would rush to get out immediately before the sheriff removes you with your belongings in limbo

Someone not needed for the lawsuit was dropped as a defendant. You need to contact and retain foreclosure defense counsel ASAP.

There is no DIY book. you need to retain counsel if your home is at risk. The cost of counsel id less than you stand to lose by many times over.
