Biography
I have been a practicing real estate lawyer for 22 years in the area of land titles. I hold law licenses in Florida, Georgia and California. I was in-house counsel for Cypress Real Estate Service, Inc., a project management company specializing in telecommunication towers site acquisition; Agency Production Manager/A.V.P. for Commercial Transactions/Underwriting for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company of New York; and senior associate at a leading Florida foreclosure firm where I prosecuted over 5000 mortgage foreclosures in a five year period. In 2005 I joined First American Title Insurance Company' National Commercial Services Department. Since 2006, I have also been practicing law with my wife, Jean A. Winters, Esq., as partner in our firm Winters & Winters, PA. Our firm represents community associations, and advocates for individual homeowners in association matters.
