The bank pushed the litigation through and scheduled a foreclosure sale date. The client received an Order setting the sale date for a date later than the Order that was filed on the Court docket. Th ... is deprived the Client of their right of redemption. A Notice of Foreclosure Sale was later filed by the Lender however the Client was not on the service list and was further denied the opportunity to save their home. The property was then sold at foreclosure sale without the knowledge of the Client. The Client came to me seeking to have the sale reversed.
