Mr. Harding and his staff were amazing from the first phone call. He really listened to what I wanted and addressed all of my concerns. Mr Harding explained every detail of the process to me along the way. Just before we went to trail, he sat down with me and prepared me for the worst case scenario.... Liked what he had to say about my divorce situation to begin with. Could afford the rate I thought we agreed upon plus incidentals. As mediation time approached I kept asking about meeting to be sure we are prepared. He told me what the mediator would charge, never mentioned his additional charges. ...At mediation learned he hadn't asked about or prepared me for a financial situation. Ultimately this oversight cost me thousands of dollars. The next day he billed me an additional$1800! Two days later on court appearance day to finalize he threatened to walk out on the case if I didn't pay!
