I hired Jennifer Milne after my family attorney passed away, my ex had stopped timesharing because he was so scorned that I married the neighbor. He used the judicial system as a weapon for his embarrassment and shame, Using my 5 year old adopted son as a pawn in his vendetta again myself and my husb...and. Jennifer understood and was kind an compassionate in my quest to protect my son. she always returned calls and has kept me focused on the continuing battle to keep my son safe. She documented to the Judge proper and concise evidence and my son was returned 3 days after hearing of contempt. I cannot recommend her enough. she continues to fight for the proper treatment of children and parenting. She goes above and beyond to defend her clients.
