Mark Anthony Crank II

Growing up I was taught by my parents that there are certain things in life that you can always control regardless of circumstance – namely, the ability to work hard and to always fight to protect those around me. With these principles shaping my core, becoming a lawyer was a natural fit.

Following obtaining my B.S. in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Northern Kentucky University, I earned my Juris Doctor in 2008 from Florida State University College of Law in Tallahassee, Fla. While in law school, I served as a certified legal intern at the Public Interest Law Center and had the fortune of representing children and teenagers in various court proceedings. From that point forward, I have continued to find immense value in working hard
to achieve winning results for my clients – especially those injured by the negligence of others and medical providers who are not treated fairly by insurance companies.

Prior to joining LaBovick Law Group’s PIP Litigation Department in August 2025, my legal career has been shaped by the same core principles that were instilled in me from an early age: working hard to secure winning outcomes as efficiently as possible for the injured and for medical providers seeking full recovery from insurance companies.

As a Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and Personal Injury litigation attorney, I have collectively carried thousands of cases against insurance companies to successful resolutions and I am excited to continue achieving winning results for our clients with the rest of the LaBovick Law Group litigation team.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter, exercising on Tonal, and being outdoors. I also believe it’s important to give back to the community. Whether it’s lending a helping hand to the underprivileged during the holidays, or supporting the Tri-County Animal Rescue, I believe it is vital to help positively impact the lives of all in our community.
