He also provides outside general counsel services and represents clients including private equity funds, venture capital funds, marketing agencies, and start-up technology and biotech companies. His services are offered through flat monthly fee arrangements or project-based flat fees for start-ups and small to medium-sized businesses.Len’s legal and business experience includes working with Kirkland & Ellis and Intel Corporation, where he was part of a highly active mergers and acquisitions team, leading significant strategic transactions and investments in the late 1990s. Since then, he has guided numerous startups from their inception to successful exits with acquirers such as Uber, Yahoo, Google, Apple, and major pharmaceutical companies.
