Kristian A Bie

As a third generation Palm Beach County native, I have strong ties to our local community and dedicate my practice to helping people and their families who have been wrongfully injured due to the negligence of others. My practice focuses on litigating personal injury and wrongful death matters involving auto and commercial truck accidents, boat crashes, slip/trip and falls, cruise ship injuries, negligent security, and other insurance disputes.

I earned my undergraduate degree from Florida State University, where I had the opportunity to play for the Seminoles football team, prior to pursuing my law degree at Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center. As the only law school in the United States to offer degrees in both civil and common law, I was fortunate to obtain both my juris doctorate as well as a G.D.C.L. in 2010.

As an attorney, there is no greater honor than being trusted to represent someone who has suffered a severe injury or lost a loved one. It is my passion to fulfill that responsibility. Having begun my career defending hospitals and insurance companies against injury claims, I am uniquely equipped with valuable insight into the insurance industries’ tactics and practices. I now use this “insider knowledge” to aggressively seek justice for my clients.

I recently was elected to serve on the Palm Beach County Justice Association Board of Directors. For me, it’s about staying involved in the same legal community where I fight for injury victims and their families every day. I’m looking forward to collaborating with other trial lawyers across Palm Beach County, helping to strengthen the civil justice system and advocating for policies that protect the rights of those who have been hurt. It’s just another way of making sure that the people represented by LaBovick Law Group have a strong voice — not just in the courtroom, but throughout the legal system.

On the personal side, I love spending time with my wife, Katie, and our two boys, Walker and Sawyer. As a lifelong Floridian, I have a passion for the water and outdoors and you will usually find us boating, fishing, or attending one of many little-league sports events.
