Frederic T. DeHon, Jr. (“Ted”), of counsel to Mathison Whittles, LLP, is a certified public accountant licensed in Florida since 1980 and is BV® Distinguished Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell® for his professionalism and ethics. Since 1993, his practice has been located in Palm Beach Gardens, where his Professional Association, Frederic T. DeHon, Jr., P.A., has been Of Counsel with Stephen S. Mathison, P.A., n/k/a Mathison Whittles, LLP.  Ted’s practice, while emphasizing estate planning, wills, trusts, probate and the like, also encompasses a broad range of legal services including most real estate matters, contracts, general business counsel, construction lien law and general civil litigation.

A professional and community leader, Ted has served as a Chairman of a statewide committee of the Florida Institute of CPAs and has served in committee leadership positions of both state and local bar associations and the local Chamber of Commerce.  Ted has served as Chairman of the Board for two local charities – The Parent-Child Center (the local children’s mental health agency) and The YMCA of the Palm Beaches where he continues to serve on the Board of Directors.
